Hi, everyone!

Going on that cruise really messed with my blogging schedule. I feel very behind. I’ve been focusing on getting back on track and that has been failing miserably! I have a lot going on at work and that has really eaten into my blogging. Excuses, excuses lol.

Another reason I have been behind is we have a new member of our family. Meet Yuki. We ordered a DNA test, so we don’t know his exact breed, but we think he is a pitsky just like his bigger sister. He’s a handful, but luckily, he gets along smashingly with Rikka. They play for hours together which has been a blessing. Rikka has been lacking socialization with other dogs. This at least helps her a little.

I mentioned work. We are adding a new firm management software and that has been a challenge. It’s going to be great once we get into a groove, but finding a groove is going to take some time. Change is always difficult. Especially when things haven’t changed for the fifteen years I’ve been at this law firm.

We’re already in the process of planning out our 2026 cruise. I don’t think I mentioned (or maybe I did) that we’re going on Wonder of the Seas in January 2025. We actually booked this cruise before our Western Caribbean cruise we just returned from. We’re excited to go on the second largest ship in the world. For our 2026 cruise, we are looking into a longer cruise to the Southern Caribbean. Specifically, Aruba! I can’t wait. We’re having trouble deciding which cruise line we want to take. We want the best combination ship/itinerary.

Anyhow, that’s what is going on in my part of the world. Hopefully, I can get back on schedule!
