Hi, everyone! I hope you had a terrific week. My week started off on the wrong foot. I ended up staying home from work on Monday/Tuesday because I wasn’t feeling well. That did give me time to rest and sketch. Medication management is going slow, but that is to be expected. Medications don’t immediately work and I take so many medications, sometimes it takes awhile to see their interactions. Diabetes sucks, y’all.

I was encouraged to try to draw something original. My attempt is comical to say the least. I have a lot to learn.
What have I learned this week? I need to really focus on my marker work. I did some reading regarding how to avoid the streaks. Allegedly, I am supposed to color in circles and that will help. I might print out some color pages and work on coloring and blending. I think I finally have the hang of blending. I just need practice, practice, practice.
