Filthy Casual for Life

Meet Rikka. She is named after an anime character that wears an eyepatch. She is a one-year-old pitsky. She weighs roughly 54 lbs. She is half Siberian husky, half American bully. She is high energy, but we love her all the same. Lately, she has been trying to smother me in my sleep with her cuddles. I figure she thinks of me as part of her pack. She kind of snuggles up to me like I am the base of a dog pile. She doesn’t talk a lot like a full husky, but she does insert her opinion here and there. It’s so freaking adorable when she does. She knows how to sit and lay on command. She is very treat-motivated. She loves the outside. It’s hard to drag her in even in the Texas heat. I have to holler “biscuit” before she decides, on her own terms, that she is ready to come in.
