We all have shows that we enjoy more than others. Below are my top three, in no particular order:

Yuri on Ice!!!

It is no secret that Yuri on Ice!!! is one of my all-time favorite shows. I know for a fact that I can put this show on repeat and never get tired of it. It’s the romance, the artistry in the skating, and the enjoyable music. It has a great balance of humor and positively addresses mental issues such as anxiety and self-confidence. The protagonist, Yuri, blossoms into a beautiful swan with the help of Victor.

Haikyu!

This show is SO entertaining. Once I hit play, I have to watch every episode. It has a great balance of humor, drama, and of course, volleyball! Hinata is such an inspiring main character. Despite his very short stature, he strives to be the best volleyball player that he can be. I love that this show focuses on all the characters’ development, not just the main character.

Demon Slayer

It’s the straight-up badassery that is Tanjiro and Co. Again, there is a good balance of humor and drama. We get to take a ride on the epic train of the evolution of Tanjiro, Zenitsu, and Inosuke. As the show progresses, we meet the Hashira and learn of their stories as well as their skills. Let’s not forget about Muzan Kibutsuji. Sure, he looks like Michael Jackson, but that is neither here nor there. He’s a badass. The battles are epic just the way I like them!

What about you? What show can you watch forever?

One response to “Anime: I Can Watch You Forever”

  1. Wow, the anime you picked for series you could watch forever are all pretty high action anime. Two are a Sports Anime, and even Demon Slayer is kind of in the format of a Sports Anime. Hmm, I think the anime that I could watch forever are a bit more low key. Like I’ve watched Natsume Yujincho probably a half dozen times and I could watch it a dozen more, no problem. I also have a tradition of watching Princess Tutu every holiday season to go along with my “Must See a performance of Nutcracker” holiday tradition, and I never get tired of it. The only anime I’d watch hundreds of times and never be disappointed that isn’t low key is Trigun. It was one of the first anime I ever watched and it’s the first anime I ever owned a copy of, I’ve seen it over fifty times, and I still love that series!
