Hey, y’all. Where the hell did May go?! I feel like I blinked and another month was gone.

Gaming. I am still playing EverQuest with my husband and best friend. It’s been a blast. I feel like I’ve made some good online friends in game.

I added Hello Kitty Island Adventure to mix things up. I am really having a great time with that game. It is definitely an Animal Crossing dupe, but it makes me happy that I don’t have to play on a console. I am 100% a PC gamer.

Gaming Corner. In a manic phase, I decided at 9 p.m. at night to go to Walmart and buy a bookcase to place on top of my desk to house all of my Hello Kitty and Friends trinkets. My desk was so crowded. Here is the end result:

This is NOT my entire Hello Kitty collection. Just a mere sampling of what I have. Of course, my space would not be complete without some RGB and my ChibiChonk sign.

Health. I wish I had some good news to report here. Health is still waning. Blood sugars are slowly going from great to not-so-great. Mental health is going from manageable to not-so-manageable. We’ve increase some medications, so I am hoping I get back to my old self soon.

Work. We have a new law clerk for the summer. He seems really nice. I haven’t really interacted with him much. I’ve been heads down in trial prep with my supervising attorney. A lot of deadlines these past few weeks.

Anime. I am just waiting for the new season to roll around. I am hoping that I jump out of my anime funk. I’ve been wanting to watch some older shows for some reason. Of course, I always have a hankering to watch Demon Slayer.

Manga. I have not read any manga in a hot minute. It’s just so expensive to keep up with. Even with digital discounts. So expensive.

Family. My mother-in-law is settling in her new home in Gun Barrel City. Her house is adorable. She still has a way to get settled. She’s waiting on her garage to be built before she can move storage items out of the house and really get down to the nitty gritty. I can’t wait to spend time with her there.

Cruise. We paid our upgrade fee for our Aruba cruise in February. I can’t believe it’s less than a year away. The year is just flying by. It will be here before I know it!

Plans for June. I have no plans or goals at the moment. I’ve been so sick this year that I’ve burned through most of my PTO. So, no weekend vacations in the plans. The goal is just to make it through the rest of the year in better health.

I hope you had a wonderful May and I hope that you have a terrific June! Do you have any summer plans?
