I have to admit that I was disappointed on Saturday. I had my availability for all day and no orders came through. I know when you’re a “rookie”, they tailor the orders offered to you, so I will chalk it up to that.

However, on Sunday, the offers were rolling in. I was taking it easy with only three “shops”. I like it a lot. It is fun shopping. I get to browse (albeit quickly) while shopping for other people. I got to extensively browse the infant section. Holy smokes, there are so many things to help parents out nowadays. When I had my son in the early 2000s, half that stuff didn’t exist!

The key, in my newbie opinion, is to grab a shop 1 hour before the delivery window and completely ignore how much time they say it will take you. I grabbed all three shops an hour before and was able to deliver right at the top of the hour. I hustled, but didn’t feel overwhelmed or rushed. I even had to contact the member (that’s what they call them) to figure out substitutions.

I’m a bit worried that I haven’t received any ratings yet. Or tips. I hear they can take time, but ratings are important. If you rate too low, they deactivate you.

I like keeping my own spreadsheets with my delivery data. I’m tracking you non-tippers!

So far, I’ve made enough money to pay for half a trip to a Maid Cafe LOL. We laugh, but Maid Cafes aren’t cheap.

  1. Yay, congrats! I’m glad you’re having a better experience than I did. Maybe it has to do with location? Or maybe you’re just a better fit, and I’m a slow-poke. Regardless, I’m glad you’re having fun and making money. That’s the whole point after all.

    1. I bet it has a lot to do with location. I live in a smallish town so deliveries are not that far from the store (usually). The only issue I am having is there being enough orders.
