Filthy Casual for Life

It’s been a busy January! Let’s recap the month and look at what’s coming in February.

BTS. As you are all aware, I was able to secure tickets to the BTS World Tour on August 15, 2026 at AT&T Stadium in Arlington, Texas. My hype has NOT died down. I am so excited that I already started my freebies project. To be honest, I am a bit disappointed with how they are turning out. More than anything, I am worried the bracelets are too small and might break on a lot of people. That thought makes me sad. I was pleasantly surprised with the photocards. They came out great! They’re announcing the new lightsticks tomorrow. I can’t wait to get my hands on one. Well, two. Got to get my husband one as well.

Japan. Planning has begun in earnest. When we get back from the cruise, we have about a month before we have to book hotel/flight. We’re planning on going late March, early April and that means heavy tourism due to cherry blossom season. It’s pretty much the time everyone wants to go. I’ll be blogging about my plans for each day of the trip, so look forward to that.

FEBRUARY

Aruba. Over a year ago, we booked a cruise to Aruba. I can’t believe it is almost here! I need the break desperately. My mind is mush and my motivation is non-existent. Probably because my last vacation was a year ago. Casey and I have been doing our research on the beaches of Aruba, Bonaire, and Curacao. There is one beach I am particularly looking forward to. It’s called No Name Beach. It is situated on an uninhabited island of Klein Bonaire. It’s about a 20 minute boat ride from Bonaire proper.

January and February have been two very blessed months. I hope the year continues to be filled with happiness!
