My dream chocolate bar? Wow. I really don’t know. I am a big fan of white chocolate. I think I would have to go with a base of white chocolate swirled with dark chocolate to get the best of both worlds. Then I would add a filling of raspberry and coconut.
Generally, though, I am not a big chocolate bar eater. I would much rather have an assortment of truffles. I LOVE truffles. It has to be an assortment though. I need variety. I like the truffles from See’s Candies, but we have a local shop here called Lamme’s Candies and they’re okay. There is a shop in Hico, Texas called Wiseman House of Chocolates. They have an amazing dark chocolate truffle called the Wild Woman Truffle. It’s dark Belgian chocolate ganache covered in dark chocolate and drizzled with dark chocolate. Yum!
