Today is Valentine’s Day. Do you celebrate? My husband and I typically do not. We will go out this year because it falls on a Friday night which is already our weekly date night. We try our best to make every Friday our Valentine’s Day. It’s our day to appreciate each other, wind down from the week, and just be alone for awhile. You know?
But, enough about that. To the topic at hand! Do you have an anime first crush? I think it happens to the best of us. Something draws us in and makes our heart skip a beat. For me, my first REAL anime crush was:
SEBASTIAN MICHAELIS – Black Butler
I admit that I like demons. Something so appealing about them. Especially Sebastian. After all, he is one hell of a butler. I think, more than anything, his tenacity took my heart. Granted, his tenacity centered around devouring the soul of his charge. He was so meticulous and prepared for anything. The way he cared for Ciel. He literally starved himself to prepare the best meal possible. That whole devouring Ciel’s soul. That is what drew me in to Sebastian. Sure, it’s a little twisted, but it is what it and I said what I said!
