It’s been weeks now and I am still sick. While I am not coughing as much, I still have the occasional wheezing and bubbling in my chest. I have an inhaler, but I feel like it isn’t doing crap. I’ve been exhausted and still not motivated to do much of anything.

I am disappointed. I haven’t really been able to focus on much anime lately. We’ve been watching a few shows, but nothing has really taken me in. I think that mostly has to do with the fact that I’ve been sick and my mental fortitude has been weak.

Anime: I want to finish watching at least one show this season. This seems to be a tall order. I can’t seem to focus long enough to even finish an episode. I think I want to finish My Happy Marriage.

Manga: I have a series I just started. I really need to order the next volume. I would write about it, but it’s spicy. Maybe too spicy for some of you!

Health: More rest. I don’t know why it is taking me so long to get better, but geez. It has to get better soon, right? My husband got a new Rogue rack for his home gym. I need to start using it.

Website: I was doing really well with a post every day. I am going to try to work my way back up to that. For now, it is going to be sporadic until I can get my health back. It might be next season when I can get enough content to go back to every day posts.

Family: Keep on keeping on. My son got a new job so that has been something to celebrate. My husband has lost 84 lbs. I am very happy for him. We’ll continue to do our Friday date nights. The pets are all doing well. We love our new puppy, Mochi. He’s a little gremlin, though.

Gaming: Been playing EverQuest. It has been such a blast to the past. I have no real goals in that game. Just want to hang out with the homies.

Work: I’m just trying my best, you know what I mean?

That’s what I got. Hopefully, I can start moving forward instead of being stuck. Got to get this train moving!

  1. What is the title of the manga series? I’ve reviewed several spicy series so I say go for it although I will admit it took me a while to build up the courage to do that. Hope you’re feeling like yourself again soon!

    1. It’s called Love is an Illusion. I said it was a manga, but it’s actually an manhwa. It’s an omegaverse which I know doesn’t suit everyone.

      1. I’m not familiar with the omegaverse so I’d be interested in seeing what you think of it.

  3. Hope you feel better soon! It’s been a tough year. A lot of folks in my city have gotten coughs that just held on for weeks or months.
