It’s Friday, February 27, 2026. It’s 2 a.m. Our flight leaves at 6:15 a.m. to Ft. Lauderdale, Florida and we want to make sure we have enough time to get through security. We plan on leaving here by 2:30 to pick up my mother-in-law at her hotel in Austin. If all goes well, we’ll be a bit more than two hours early.
I really need this vacation. My stress levels were peaking out, man. I need a hard reset.
I pray that everything goes smoothly for my co-workers and that nothing last-minute or unexpected happens while I am gone.
I am looking forward to putting together a video of our trip when I get back. I have scheduled posts ready for my absence, so there’s that.
