For the longest time, love wasn’t a friend of mine. I was bitter and heart broken. I wanted nothing to do with love. But, as time does, it began to heal my heart. One quote that has become a favorite of mine is from the movie Moulin Rouge!

Love is complicated and messy, but learning to love is rewarding. What is even more rewarding is learning how to allow someone else to love you. It isn’t always easy.
