June flew. Seriously, flew.

The Office Move:

Y’all. It is right around the corner! The official date is July 25th. I can’t tell you how excited I am to finally be back in the former office location. And drawers. I miss having a desk with drawers. I’ve been managing with two conference tables put together. The top of it looks like a tornado hit because I have no where to store anything. My new office furniture should be arriving to the warehouse any day now. I already have my tabletop ice machine and Nespresso machine ready. Ice coffee every day, my friends. I decided on cherry blossom curtains for the windows. I FINALLY framed my third diploma. It’s going to look nice on the wall. I can’t wait to get moved in and show y’all some pictures.

Tattoo: Hello Kitty x Totoro

One of the highlights of June was getting my first tattoo. It’s healing nicely. It’s done peeling and looks fabulous! People keep asking me if I plan on getting another. As of now, no. I’m not lying when I said it hurt. I get super anxious, so I know that I will probably panic more the second time around. I MIGHT think of getting something smaller and in a place where it hurts less. I went pretty big and in a spicy spot for my first tattoo. Here she is at 9 days old.

Manga:

I am so behind on manga. I’ve been reading Waiting for Spring and My Love Mix-Up. I need to get on the ball with My Love Mix-Up. Those books are due back at the library this weekend! The next series I want to review is School Live!

Plans for July:

Other than the move, the only big thing is I am turning 44 on the 17th of July. We have no big plans other than to go out to eat. I picked The Honey Pig which is my favorite Korean BBQ place.

What about you? Any big plans this month?

  1. Ha! We will be the same age for about two weeks… Happy birthday for then!

The tattoo looks amazing. I’ve often considered getting one, but I can never commit to an image that I’d want.

    1. Thank you! It took me 10 years. 10 whole years. Mainly because my likes change and tattoos are so permanent. But, after 10 years, I still loved Hello Kitty and Totoro. Figured it was time. If I were brave enough for a second, I’d get something from Demon Slayer.

  2. Yay for your office and iced coffees!! 😋☕ I hope the move goes well. And that’s such a kawaii tattoo 😍 The colors are so vibrant!

I wish you a wonderful birthday month 🥳 I’ve no plans, hehe

    1. Thank you! I hope the move goes well, too. Although we just found out our building failed its second inspection…SO…not off to a great start LOL.
