What does self-care look like for you? For me, it’s pretty predictable. Here is a list of things I do for self-care.
PC Gaming. It should come as no surprise that my self-care routine includes PC gaming. Whether it be World of Warcraft, EverQuest, or Hello Kitty, I find a lot of joy in gaming. It allows me to reset my thinking and check out for awhile.

Hobby of the Moment. I go back and forth between a lot of different hobbies. Currently, I’ve been making bead bracelets. It’s been a lot of fun. What I like about making the bracelets is it brings forth the ability to zone out.

Take a nap. Yep, I am a napper. When I am feeling burned out or worn out, I take a long nap. As you can imagine, I nap a lot on the weekends. My body can’t take as much as it used to.

Face Masks. I love a good face mask. They make my face feel young and supple.

Watch anime. How can one forget anime? I love to lose myself in the character and world building. Like my other self-care acts, it involves losing myself in the moment and resetting. Anime helps me do that.
