I did this back in 2025. Thought I would revisit and put a few new/refreshed facts for 2026.
The Year of BTS. You should already know 2026 is the year of BTS’ comeback after a four-year hiatus to complete their mandatory military service. It should be of no surprise that they encompass my life right now. I will be seeing them in concert in August and I am literally counting down the days.
BTS’ 2.0. My current favorite song is BTS’ “2.0.” There is no better trash-talking song out there. I love when they talk trash LOL.
I’d do shady things for a boba tea. My favorite drink is a honeydew boba milk tea. Specifically a honeydew melon boba madness from Teapioca Lounge. I’m not supposed to have them. They’re death to a diabetic.
Coffee is the elixir of the Gods. I enjoy iced tea a lot, but coffee. I can drink gallons of the stuff. Gallons.
Purple. My favorite color is purple. Purple all of the things. My hair is purple. My nails are usually a shade of purple. Most of the clothes I wear nowadays are purple. I love purple.
Fall/Winter. I don’t have a single favorite season. I love the fall/winter. The cooler weather is where it is at. I really dislike the heat.
Current Read. Dungeon Crawler Carl series. If you haven’t read it, you should.
Worst job. I was a “showroom hostess” for Chuck E. Cheese one summer. I basically ran birthday parties on the weekends and wore that damn costume. Ugh.
First Concert I Attended. New Kids on the Block. My oldest sister surprised me. I saw them at the Frank Erwin Center in Austin.
Baldur’s Gate 3. My goodest, bestest friend finished Baldur’s Gate 3 for me. Yes, I said he finished it for me because I actually didn’t do anything except cast Eldritch Blast. And maybe an ill-timed Hunger of Hadar here and there. He was very patient and did all the heavy lifting, but by the Gods, he got us through it. It only took us like three months (nights and weekends).
