EPISODE 7: Fans are Terrifying Creatures
Kinoshita reflects on the events that have happened and she is fully aware that Tamon has directed his efforts to her. She lectured Tamon again about how how Tamon belongs to everyone and leaves his apartment in anger.

Kinoshita realizes that Tamon doesn’t have a good support system, so she tries her best to be that person for Tamon. Her phone interrupts her thoughts. Her best friend texted that she got sick and couldn’t make it to their plans. As she resigns herself to spending the day alone, a random guy bursts out of a store raving about his oshi. Kinoshita immediate feels kinship with this stranger.

Kinoshita continues on her journey to enjoy her day, but she runs into Gloomyhara at a gatcha machine. Panting, Tamon greets her, but he’s creeping Kinoshita out. Afraid that he will turn on Hottiehara, she runs away. Gloomyhara runs after her and almost catches up, but trips on a rock. She then realizes that his creepiness and panting is because he’s just hot from wearing the ridiculous bag over his head. Gloomyhara shows her the kappa that he loves.

Kinoshita realizes that she should not be talking to Tamon in public and immediately tells him she needs to leave. Gloomyhara invites her to go to lunch and she rudely declines making Gloomyhara sad. She feels guilty and immediately tells him that today is her Tamon Pilgrimage day where she visits all the sites Tamon has been to. He immediately perks up, goes into Hottiehara mode and tells her he will personally give her a tour.

First stop is a sandwich shop that he filmed at. He asks what the people are doing and Kinoshita points out that they are respecting the ground Tamon stood on. They grab a few sandwiches and drinks and sit at a table to eat. Kinoshita immediately puts her acrylic figures around her meal and starts taking pictures. Gloomyhara immediately asks her if it is fun to take pictures of him with her food and she replies it is the funnest. He then turns into Hottiehara and poses with the figures.

As they spend their day together, Hottiehara keeps making appearances. Kinoshita can’t seem to get it through to him that he should give so much fan service to one fan. She decides to take him to F/ACE The Movie. There, Gloomyhara is uncomfortable, but watches Kinoshita the entire time. She had hoped watching the movie would show Tamon how much he means to everyone. But, it didn’t really work. Gloomyhara said he noticed her expressions and then told her he wanted to see those expressions again. He asks her if he makes his dream come true, would that make her happy again.

Tamon ends up working really hard and even stopped having nervous breakdowns when his manager brings him work. It seems he is trying to stand on his own.
Kinoshita rings Tamon’s doorbell, but he isn’t answering. Instead, Keito comes out and invites her into his apartment where Tamon and Ouri are. When she arrives at the apartment, it is decorated garishly with sayings about money. Keito sits them altogether. Then, he shows them a picture of Gloomyhara and Kinoshita on her Pilgrimage. Keito finally says:

Keito then tells Kinoshita that they’re trying to become world famous. She is moved by his love for F/ACE, but then he ruins it by saying they’re going to swindle the fans out of all their money. Keito calls Kinoshita a wicked fan and that she should learn her place. Gloomyhara tells Keito to not speak to his fan that way, and Ouri agrees. Keito mentions that fans are terrifying creatures. Keito describes fans that can gather intel, fight with each other, and even tail their oshi. Ouri and Gloomyhara can’t imagine fans like that.

Keito then blames Kinoshita for Ouri and Tamon losing center. He asks her to never see them again. She explains to Keito that all she has done was as his housekeeper. Then, she mentions that their manager is the one that officially hired her. Right on cue, the manager burst through the door and has a request for Kinoshita. Their part-timer is not going to be able to make the F/ACE Training Camp, so he asks Kinoshita to take their place. After all, she now knows most of their “real” personalities. All three members agree to the manager’s fan not really taking into consideration Kinoshita’s feelings.

THOUGHTS
The more I watch this show, the more I like Kinoshita less and less. This whole “I only did it as his housekeeper” crap is getting a bit old. Maybe I just don’t understand the concept of your favorite idol “belonging to everyone”. If I were in Kinoshita’s shoes, I would be more honest and direct with Tamon and more honest with myself.
At first, I thought she was kind, but now I think she’s kind of self centered. I feel like she’s hiding behind the title of housekeeper and using it as an excuse. She recognizes, to some degree, that her presence in Tamon’s life is affecting his work. She also, to some degree, recognizes that he’s latched on to her happiness.
I still love the show. It makes me laugh and I’m pulling for Tamon. He’s so vulnerable and sweet. I just want to hug him and tell him everything will be okay. I hope he reaches his dream of making his fans happy.
